We’ll work with you to either replace, return or refund your goods.

Please call us within:

  • 3 working days if your item is missing/wrong/damaged.
  • Any unwanted goods for any purpose can be returned within 5 days but is subject to 30% restocking and courier fee.

 

For missing/wrong/damaged items:

Advise us of the issue by phone or email and we will arrange collection of the item and either replace or refund it for you.

 

For returning unwated items:

  1. Make sure products and packaging are in the condition you received them.
  2. Put the products in a suitable box/envelope.
  3. Write the returns number on a piece of paper and attach it to the outer packaging. Do not write on the product box. 
  4. Make sure the items returned match the items listed on your return notice email.
  5. Get a receipt from the courier if possible.
