We’ll work with you to either replace, return or refund your goods.
Please call us within:
- 3 working days if your item is missing/wrong/damaged.
- Any unwanted goods for any purpose can be returned within 5 days but is subject to 30% restocking and courier fee.
For missing/wrong/damaged items:
Advise us of the issue by phone or email and we will arrange collection of the item and either replace or refund it for you.
For returning unwated items:
- Make sure products and packaging are in the condition you received them.
- Put the products in a suitable box/envelope.
- Write the returns number on a piece of paper and attach it to the outer packaging. Do not write on the product box.
- Make sure the items returned match the items listed on your return notice email.
- Get a receipt from the courier if possible.
