Pricing module
- Prices exclude VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate on the invoice date as per UK law. This of course may fluctuate due to legislation changes if applicable.
- Prices can change without notice as does anything in any industry.
- Static/agreed pricing may be offered by us for specific products, but it does not apply to OEM purchases or volatile ranges (e.g., paper, paper, paper based products PPE non OEM products).
Delivery structure
- No minimum order value on nay order at any time.
- Next working day delivery is always facilitated for in-stock items. Please note we use well known couriers such as DPD , FedEx , UPS and Parcelforce. This of course cannot guarantee next day delivery service but we will guarantee same day despatch. We trust all couriers will deliver the next working day as per English schedule. Problems can arise ,of course such as road closures overnight but our success rate is always approximately 985 next day signed
- Same-day delivery may be available. Please ask your assigned rep for details if applicable.
Order deadlines for next-day delivery via Email/phone orders/web orders are 1630
Carriage Charges
- Delivery charges apply if the next invoice total is below £50 to cover a superior delivery service. All orders above net £50 are free of charge via an appropriate next day courier.
- Additional regional or upgrade charges may apply. This ,of course, is very rare and MAY only apply is a higher grade service is needed via N.I. , Highlands and/or offshore territories/Islands that incur ferry costs. We will cover this cost where we can and usually do.
Terms of Payment
- Payment is never required with any order unless agreed in advance with a rep.
- Credit account access is typically given application/account openings are actioned and approved internally.
- Payment is due within 30 days following the invoice date unless 30 days net has been agreed.
- Late payments may result in account suspension or withdrawal of facilities. Late fees may apply if we deem necessary. If an outstanding invoice hits 60 days , we reserve the right to add late fees, chasing costs, legal costs and interest as per current invoice law.
- Payment links are sent via email and invoice; credit/debit card payments are only accepted over the phone via a secure telephone line. Bacs/transfer is the preferable means of course. Please make accounts and/or the email address listed on any invoice/statement is emailed with a remittance advice denoting an account number, date and the invoice numbers being paid at the time of transfer/pre-approved payment.
Faulty Products
- We will issue a credit or replacement for faulty products upon receipt of batch identification , evidence of fault and/or so we can clearly understand what exactly has gone wrong. Some products naturally go wrong as they computer chips installed/may be electrical components and/or damaged upon delivery. It is very rare but does happen so please contact your rep.
- Faulty goods can be returned free of charge with a valid returns reference and/or written approval from a rep so a papertrail can be produced for both parties. Goods returned (whatever the reason) without prior approval or facilitated by a customer’s own courier and/or Royal mail , will not be accepted and may be refused. If this happens all outstanding invoices will still be payable as we will not be responsible for tracking/tracing the goods as the contract of said goods lies in this case lies between the client and their couriers. We are happy to action whatever the client prefers as long it is agreed in writing with a client. We will not accept any loss/damage to any product sent via clients own couriers whatever the circumstances. Your rep can always help you in any situation so call or email them anytime.
- I.T Office Supplies reserves the right to inspect faulty goods and determine if said products contributed to the failure and/or are actually our products previously sent.
- Disposing of faulty goods without I.T Office Supplies permission may void warranties and support. Any/all outstanding invoices in this case are therefore payable.
Non-returnable Products
- Non-returnable products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged in transit. This can consist of any items deemed not resalable/useable and/or appropriate for an alternative party.
- Faulty goods must be reported within 5 working days of purchase.
- Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt in writing.
Shortages, Damaged ,Incorrect Goods or possible unwanted goods (prior approval required)
- Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Everything will be listed appropriately on every delivery note. Some orders may consist of a second or even third delivery where different warehouses and/or directly deliveries via manufacturers are facilitated. This happens regularly (e.g. a client will order heavy paper in bulk and a single toner), we deem it appropriate to utilise 2 separate delivery companies to protect the goods . This will at I.T. Office supplies cost and will not be borne by any client.
Goods Not Required/ no longer needed
- Returns for unwanted goods must be reported within 5 days of purchase and/or immediate receipt of any/all outstanding invoices.
- Returns after 30 days of the date of any invoice and/or delivery (whatever the circumstances) can and will only be accepted if agreed in writing with the clients rep.
- A 35% restocking fee will apply to any return whatever the circumstances unless an agreement has been action in writing with a rep.
Retention of Title
- Goods remain I.T Office Supplies property until paid in full.
- I.T Office Supplies reserve the right to charge fees and recover unpaid goods without notice. Late payments may result in account suspension or withdrawal of facilities. Late fees may apply if we deem necessary. If an outstanding invoice hits 60 days , we reserve the right to add late fees, chasing costs, legal costs and interest as per current invoice law.
Proof of Deliveries
- Proof of delivery requests must be made within 30 days of dispatch/invoice date. After this date/time we reserve the right to charge for any service requested if need be.
- Delivery disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Warranties
- I.T Office Supplies guarantees all products for their useful life.
- Warranty covers defects in design, assembly, and workmanship.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
Catalogue and affiliates
- I.T Office Supplies is not liable for errors or omissions in catalogues, brochures, or documents. This also covers all affiliation or any company association and/or websites.
Product Listings and Images
- Unbranded products may differ from descriptions or images but will meet or exceed specifications.
- OEM-branded products will be supplied as listed and should exactly as listed via the OEM
